Exemplary performance by all Hyundai employees I truly appreciate the team effort from Nicole on the Internet side of sales who guided me through the initial process and guaranteed my satisfaction, every step of the way, to Karim's on the floor expertise and knowledge of the vehicle (and his ability to answer multiple on the fly questions during our test drive of both vehicles), to Sonny; who truly showed his experience in deal making and lastly, but definitely not least, Larry in finance who took his time in the late evening to explain to me every detail of my contract and answered every question that I had.
