My MDX had a constant noise, I was told 3 different times they figured the noise out. After spending $1700. I was told it would cost a additional 1300, to fix. By a different service advisor on Friday. The following week my regular service advisor tells me that it will cost $1800. To fix & that was after he spoke to his manager. I left the dealership completely dejected, dismayed, knowing I was being dragged over the hot coals. More

Reza made this purchase a great experience My wife and I got to the dealership in order to test drive an MDX. We did not want to close just to drive it. After we decided we like the mdx we shopped around and got 7 different offers! I came back to Reza and he gave us the best price from all. It was quick and painless. He come again to meet us to close the deal on his vacation day! Shoutout to his wife that let him go to work on vacation day! Just got the car and I love it. I just wish it had 100 more HP! Will Vergas spent time with us and quickly developed a rapport but at no time became pushy for the sale. The only downside to this is that there aren’t unlimited salespeople so you might have to wait to be helped but that was okay as their waiting area is comfortable and stocked with refreshments. The actual sales process was smooth and having a staff member “teach” us the tech in the car at vehicle delivery was a pleasant surprise. Everyone there seems to strive to provide a very positive experience. More
