I recently returned my lease and got into a new vehicle with the help of Thomas Ng, He and I go back awhile. He is the best. I don't have time to come in and sit down with him. I was on time for my 9:40 am NYS Inspection. I was told it would be about 1.5 hours. I was told to sit in the waiting area and someone would help me. 30 minutes later I met with a service adviso I was told it would be about 1.5 hours. I was told to sit in the waiting area and someone would help me. 30 minutes later I met with a service advisor. I was told they are short handed so it may be a little longer than normal. I sat and waited. 2.5 hours later I finally asked about my car and suddenly I received a voucher for a free car wash and was told my car was ready! Really? Not great customer service this time. More
