Someone close to our family recommended this dealer. We were excited because it was our first time there, our expectations were high and of course, we trusted our friends. I went there around 10:40 am and while my Service appointment was for 11 am I thought it’ll be nice to show up 10-15mim earlier. Honestly the red carpet, the Reps with those fancy suits lined up greeting and cheering, I felt like Brad Pitt for a moment. I told them that the vehicle needs its first maintenance, got the loaner and left. They said it’ll take few hours because they were very busy servicing others. Around 6:20 pm I got a text saying that the car is ready. I was at work and told them I’ll pick up the car the next day in the morning. I went their picked up the vehicle and went home. The moment I took the car I saw a message "oil" and "coolant" service required. I thought it must be some kind of error. On top of that I shared with one of their Reps, Anthony, that upon (hot/cold) start the vehicle makes a pop up sound coming out from front and rear, and that strange engine noise, but it looks like they ignored that too. I went to the local mechanic, opened the hood and the guy told me the oil was never replaced, same thing for the coolant. I got upset because the vehicle was serviced for more than 6hrs and in the end still nothing was done. After a short conversation with my guy, I realized that Rallye simply tricked me. I promised myself never again with those sharks. Such a waste of time and nerves. Those people don’t care much about Customer Satisfaction scores, quality of service and brand loyalty, but simply rob their own customers. Total sham. Be alerted and skip this dishonest place. More

I waited around for 30 minutes and nothing was done, I asked for a store manager. They told me he would come out to speak with me and he did come out but didn’t even bother to speak with me. As a store manager, he should’ve let me know what they will do about this situation. One of the guys at the checking in area told me they need over 40 loaners for that day and only had about 20 cars! That’s a problem!! My service manager was in the meeting and he came out to speak with me afterwards. What really upset me was the store manager, he was not a problem solver and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy at this dealer. More

The dealership is filthy!! The seat at the salesmans desk was stained and dirty... the finance office was just as bad. I have seen cleaner furniture at a train station. The temperature outside was 90 degrees was stained and dirty... the finance office was just as bad. I have seen cleaner furniture at a train station. The temperature outside was 90 degrees and inside was 80!! This place is NOT the Rallye of yesteryear. They should be ashamed. Lastly...the only two seats in the dealership that are clean are by the receptionists desk but you are subject to breathing in exhaust fumes when they move vehicles around the showroom and out the door. No respect for the customers, no respect for themselves. More
