my car had a refill coolant light on the dealer mechanic said the wrong coolant was in the car. They refused to let me to speak to the technician working on my car. They wanted to charge me to flush the sys said the wrong coolant was in the car. They refused to let me to speak to the technician working on my car. They wanted to charge me to flush the system multiple times. I ended up removing my car from the dealer, taking it to another shop where it was the air valve $10 part $50 to install multiple thousands through this dealer I was very unhappy. More

Buying my 2025 BMW from rally Bmw was a joy. No pressure. I took my vehicle in for its first service after reminders from the my Bmw app. They had a loaner car ready for me. Service was done. The next day I went back dropped off the loaner car picked up my car. Everything was smooth. Chris Williams was a delight to work with and I would recommend rally Bmw to everyone I know. More
