Dropped off car on Tuesday, Friday at4 pm, I was told it was ready. Could not get there then, was arranged for Monday morning pick up, when car wash would be working. Florence acts nice but in reality she is nasty and dishonest person.. there are plenty of good salesman in the dealership who has better product knowledge than this woman.
