I’ve been disappointed on so many occasions. My major problem is my Bluetooth for my phone has not been working for years. They can’t find the problem. My last issue was a seatbelt buckle code. I had a screw in one of my tires and the service department told me I needed four new tires. I took the car to a local tire shop they removed the screw. I met Steve P right before the covid shut down as a walk in on a saturday. Right away he made me feel comfortable that i was in experienced honest hands. He took me on a test drive and successfully showed m in on a saturday. Right away he made me feel comfortable that i was in experienced honest hands. He took me on a test drive and successfully showed me how my new Mercedes is better than the Range Rover that i was already convinced i would be buying. The whole process was a 10 put of 10 and i will be back when my wifes current lease is up to work with him again. Excellent experience from sale to delivery. More
