I was happy with their quick and prompt service. But my iPhone cable was missing when I picked it up and they told me that someone will check and call me back. No one called and I let it go. Patrick kept me informed every step of the way. I was facing a very large repair bill on my SL550 as the result of an incorrectly installed battery by AAA. The car was diagnosed, I was informed of what needed to be replaced and the exact cost, a very expensive lesson learned. If you own a Mercedes, you take it to Rallye, they are the experts, they have the knowledge and ability to repair your car as it should be. More
