No customer loyalty at all. My F150 King Ranch (purchased new from Planet Ford) sat in their shop for two weeks before they even diagnosed the issue, which should have been a n My F150 King Ranch (purchased new from Planet Ford) sat in their shop for two weeks before they even diagnosed the issue, which should have been a no-brainer since it kept throwing codes to my Ford App. I basically just had to keep calling the service manager repeatedly to get it fixed.
