Michael did a great job as a salesperson very professional and helpful throughout the process. Overall, the experience was decent. However, I strongly recommend that management closely inspect th professional and helpful throughout the process. Overall, the experience was decent. Being in the same business myself, I can confidently say that whoever is currently overseeing that area is not meeting basic standards. The vehicle was poorly cleaned, and I would advise others to avoid having any tint work done there as well. More

Between the GM Mark & Salesman Rey, there couldn't be a better team for customer satisfaction. Both took time to determine what I wanted and Rey showed and we test drove several vehicles before purchasing better team for customer satisfaction. I rarely leave reviews and even when I do, I seldom leave bad reviews. Unfortunately, in this case it’s very warranted. I bought a truck from Planet Ford 59 in Humble, TX back in February. The buyin leave bad reviews. Unfortunately, in this case it’s very warranted. I bought a truck from Planet Ford 59 in Humble, TX back in February. The buying process couldn’t have been more enjoyable and was a smooth process. Unfortunately, the service department has not lived up to that same standard. My truck has 12k miles on it and around the end of June I started getting numerous warning lights and error messages. Believing these to be a glitch I called the service department at the end of June to schedule an appointment to get it looked at. The first advisor I talked to told me that they would need to keep it multiple days but said they had no loaner vehicle available and were backlogged all the way back to April for their loaners. I called back the next day, talked to a different advisor and he told me the same thing but that I had rental coverage in my service contract. He said he was putting in the rental request that afternoon. Unfortunately, he never did. I called my salesman to complain (July 2) and he put me in touch with the Service Manager. The Service Manager apologized profusely and said that I could in fact get a loaner and that he would ensure I got good customer service moving forward. That unfortunately didn’t happen. I got the loaner vehicle on July 11. They kept my truck until July 22 but did not complete the repairs. I told them that I must have the vehicle back by July 22 as we were going camping and I needed my truck to pull a camper. I called on July 21 and spoke to the Service Manager again. He put me on hold to “check” on the part and after 20 mins on hold, I hung up and called back. When I called back, I got voicemail. So, I called the main service number, and they didn’t answer but immediately forwarded me to the Service Manager’s number again and of course, right back to voicemail. When I finally called back 30 mins later and got him, he said he came back to the line and I was gone. But he made no attempt to call me back. By this time I was irate and let him know it. He promised I would have my truck back by the end of the day and would have it delivered to my house. I told him it had to be there by a specific time so I could take my daughters to an appointment but of course, it was late. He also promised I could take my truck on my trip and the part I am still waiting for wouldn’t cause me any issues, but it did. My shifter got stuck in drive (the part is for the shifter)and we had to force it back to park. I called this morning, July 28, and he told me the part was showing in but would confirm that and call me back so we could get it in to finish the repair. He didn’t keep his word and I tried to call him at 3 PM but it went to voicemail again. As of 6 PM, I still haven’t heard from him. I’ve had vehicles serviced at numerous Ford dealerships in several states and this is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Beware if you are purchasing a Ford, Planet Ford 59 service is terrible and they certainly don’t make customers a priority. More
I bought a brand new Ford Expedition on or about February 4, 2025. It has been in the shop multiple times with electrical:update issues. It has been there for the past month because ALL of the safety features have malfunctioned and they don’t know why nor do they have an “over the are” fix for it until at least October. I reached out to the GM through email and without even looking into what was going on, he slung back another email as if my problem just started and requested I contacted Ford directly. So I did. Ford got involved and suggested I be put in a loaner vehicle and that the best thing to do would be a buy back for the expedition and put me in a new one. Well, I have heard back from the dealership and my vehicle has been sitting in the offsite parking lot for a month now and hasn’t moved. This does not scream customer satisfaction or #1 safety to me! More
