As harsh as it may sound, it’s hard to come across a pleasant experience in the car dealership industry, at least in my personal experience. I own a Land Rover, and for vehicles at that price point, you pleasant experience in the car dealership industry, at least in my personal experience. I own a Land Rover, and for vehicles at that price point, you would generally expect red carpet service, but that has not been the case and honestly never has been throughout my ownership experience. With that said, Planet Ford has been by far the best dealership experience I have had in over 20 years of buying cars as an adult. They genuinely cared about my requests and were willing to work through line items to make sure the purchase was favorable for me. Ryan Flores is one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. His ambition, sense of urgency, and attention to detail are far above average. He went above and beyond and got me the absolute best deal I could have imagined. 10 stars. You have a forever customer as long as he’s there. Thank you. More
