Jay in QuickLane was a savior. Another shop failed to seal the lower fuel filter housing correctly resulting in a diesel leak while I was in the road. They do not warranty use vehicles very poor customer service I spoke with the used car manager and he basically told me oh well they wasn't going to help me get it fixed even though I took the vehicle b service I spoke with the used car manager and he basically told me oh well they wasn't going to help me get it fixed even though I took the vehicle back to them less than 48 hours after having it and they fail to see that the radiator was leaking but now that I know it's over $2,000 I can see why they didn't want to replace it More

Extremely disappointed in the purchase of the Bronco. I noticed the following day a dent in the panel. Came back in and was immediately told to go to a body shop because if I asked Ford to do it, they wo I noticed the following day a dent in the panel. Came back in and was immediately told to go to a body shop because if I asked Ford to do it, they would have to charge. I understand that it’s a certified pre-owned vehicle, it would have been nice to have that disclosed on purchase of the dent. I purposely chose to come back to Ford for the customer service and it’s been lacking ever since. More
