I bought a new truck n January 2025 and the check engine light came on. When I took it to Randall Reed’s service department they did give me a rental the first attempt. I arrived at Randall Reed with 2 problems, the first was the easy job of fixing a recall, but the other was something they never saw before. They were able to get the rest of the snake out, deodorize and get the smell out. Thank God because I just paid my truck off and I was ready to burn it if they didn’t fix it. Thanks to Randall Reed I have my truck back smelling like new. Highly recommend the service department and Rodney for helping us. More
