The only drawback overall was that the dealer applied spray in bed liner was not done very carefully, some bed tie downs were removed prior to installation while others were just sprayed over, there was a little overspray and a smudge in the bed liner. I was lied to and mislead by the sales men. He was full of empty promises and deception. On two separate occasions he told me he would do those things before the truck was sold. I show up day of to buy the truck. And none of those things were done. But on the price he marked all of those things with a large price. I asked what that extra charge was and he said certain fees. I had to ask three different times about that 4,000$ charge. Purchased a CPO vehicle from these guys already found the truck online so I talked to a sales guy and made the purchase no haggling or nothing paid what they wanted to get it done as fast as possible which w truck online so I talked to a sales guy and made the purchase no haggling or nothing paid what they wanted to get it done as fast as possible which was a huge mistake as the next day the truck kept throwing errors because the battery is dead and needs to be replaced called the sales guy and he basically told me im SOL and the local dealer wants 550 to replace the main 12v and accessory battery after I just gave these people $16,000 down on it so ill ne waiting to replace the batteries luckily its not my primary vehicle do not recommend doing buisness because if you leave the dealership and anything happens your on your own they will not try to help correct the issue after telling you we will charge you 2,000 more to make it a CPO and warranty everything if anything happens alignment and all yea thats a lie More

Very good experience with Randall Reed's Planet Ford. Willing to negotiate, good value for my trade and easy to do business with. Did everything remotely and never stepped foot into the dealership. Most people, when they know what they want, would rather do business via email or texts rather than sit in the dealership for hours. Planet Ford is flexible and will work with you in my experience. For starters, I dropped off my truck at the dealership at the appointment time and the next day I got a text message saying that I had missed the appointment. My vehicle had 49,+++ miles on it and I had disc the appointment time and the next day I got a text message saying that I had missed the appointment. Unfortunately somehow that got lost in the translation because my Ford app is still telling me that I am overdue for my 50k inspection... This is because someone forgot to input my milage in the service records... Poor Service Writing, and not to mention after doing the recommended paid services, I still had to pay for a carwash?!?! Shouldn't a basic wash be provided when you pay for service? Anyways after 4 days for a simple 50k mile inspection I finally got my truck back. After they figured out where it was... Oh, and the truck was brought to the quick lane and none of the "work" was done in the service department, which was disappointing because I used to work with Quick Lane employees and I know their standards/process!
