The scheduler was very friendly and managed to squeeze me in the time slot I wanted. On the day of the service (3/02/19), I was received very courteously and the agent who took me in charge was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly as well. I remembered his name (Jose), because he also had an exemplary behavior the last time I came in for a battery replacement issue. He was very respectful of my time and kept me appraised of all the steps of the process. I was really surprised to be done much earlier than I expected. I would recommend this Rick Case VW Dealership in Weston and especially this young agent (Jose) to any customer who has some service due for his/her car. More
