Francisco is a really nice guy he give me good service . We were notified on a Thursday that our car had arrived at the dealership & we told them we'd be in Friday afternoon to pick it up. We arrived around 2:00 P.M. & waited almost 3 hours for our car. It had at the dealership & we told them we'd be in Friday afternoon to pick it up. We arrived around 2:00 P.M. & waited almost 3 hours for our car. It had not been detailed & readied for pick up. We brought the title for our trade-in with us, but the saleman failed to ask for it. We ended up making a 2nd trip to the dealership to turn it in. More
