The consultant and manager have to be more honest about the sales and stop the False advertising. I ordered a GMC Denali with the biggest package and They changed the order without my authorization and I the sales and stop the False advertising. I ordered a GMC Denali with the biggest package and They changed the order without my authorization and I received the simple GMC Denali. I did not receive the delivery, no test drive. I trusted on them and signed paperwork and everything for the truck before the truck arrived. They scammed me. I paid more money for less. I DO NOT TRUST ON RIVARD BUICK GMC AND GMC BRAND!!!! More

I'm a 70 year old Orlando resident that has never had a better experience buying a vehicle from any other dealer. Orlando dealers I had purchased previous trucks from were asking $5,000 plus over MSRP for better experience buying a vehicle from any other dealer. Orlando dealers I had purchased previous trucks from were asking $5,000 plus over MSRP for the 2022 Sierra Limited Denali I purchased from Rivard. Rivard gave me their discount of over $7,000 off MSRP. Excellent deal. I traded in my 2018 Sierra and they gave me a fair price which was comparable to offers I received from Orlando dealers. My salesperson was Bobby Emmrich, who was honest, polite, and professional from the start. He explained the pricing, purchase and delivery criteria from the start, and the deal went exactly as planned. When the truck arrived we were in and out of the dealership on our only visit within 2 hours, happily driving home in our new truck. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better salesperson. More
