Service was great, but the facility is terrible - waiting areas for customers are too small and were very crowded. Also saw ants crawling on the floor. Very grateful for the shuttle service and the very kind driver who drove me and came back to me three hours later when my car was ready. Mt Kisco deserves nicer accomodations for customers!! More

I think it was a positive experience overall with just one hiccup - getting a phone call the morning of pick up that the purchase had to be postponed due to a paperwork issue.
