Mark doesn't know much about cars, warranty and had difficult time navigating whether the vehicle had certified warranty or not, very unfamiliar how things work in general. I addition I have clearly communicated I would be pickup up the car after hours and when came on Sunday the lot was locket. At no point of time did Mark or Kenny mentioned the lots are locked. The excessive lot charge is also not transparent and you only find out about it when you visit the dealership. More
