They had the rare car I wanted. It was a little over book but understandable considering the current market—no worse than other dealers. I had to fly down to make purchase. Very nice and worked with me to figure out a lot of details. I think my experience with him made the deal happen. Also, Debbie helped me with a potential problem with my bank. Very good experience. Nice drive home too. Would absolutely deal with them again. More

Your service writer and service team did an awesome job. The only problem I had was how long it took to get the parts from the Ford dealer. All in all I’m very happy with the service. My vehicle is typically serviced at another dealership. However I need an oil change that day. I called and was able to schedule, at my preferred time. Upon checking in at service, the young man asked i However I need an oil change that day. I called and was able to schedule, at my preferred time. Upon checking in at service, the young man asked if I wanted to complete the recall. Note, this recall is several months old and the other dealership, Eastern Carolina Jeep in Greenville, NC, never mentioned completing it. Kudos to the staff who are polite, personable, and very customer service focused. Keep up the good work!!!!!! More
