Short, sweet, and productive Sean was very responsive during the initial pricing inquiries. When I showed up, he had the keys ready, and we were on a test drive within 5 minutes. Once the test drive was complete, it was a quick walk back to his desk to negotiate a price for the trade, and the new truck. After only a few minutes, we shook hands, and I laid out the accessories I would like installed. Finance took slightly longer than expected, but in the end, the papers were signed, and I drove off in my new truck. All the folks at Sam Pack's in Carrollton were very polite. Great Service My lease was ending in a few months and I started to discuss my options with Jason Acker. I went to my local Ford dealer in McKinney, but was basically dismissed pretty quickly with a quote for a 2017 Fusion (the equivalent to the 2014 I was turning in) that was $180 more than what I was already paying. Jason contacted me this week and said he could get me within $20 of what I was paying for basically the same car. After picking out my car and completing paperwork with finance, I ended up with the same lease agreement for $14 more than what I was paying. I will be back! ***NEW NOTE**** Now a month out from getting my new lease, I got a bill from Ford telling me I have $575 in Wear and Usage fees for my old vehicle. At no time did ANYONE at the dealership speak to me about costs that I could incur after turning in my vehicle. Because no one looked at my vehicle before turning it in, I assumed (now I know incorrectly) that I was free and clear from that car. I could have had the little bit of body damage fix by a friend for almost free, but now, owe the dealer. It is just an example of the "car guys" not being completely upfront with you and treating you like a number. More
