Don, my salesman made the car shopping easy for me and I am thrilled with my new Escape. Best of all, the price and cars they have online is actually what they have. Another thing I appreciate is that they treat you with respect. They listen to what you want and how you feel and do not try to pressure you into going another way that may benefit them more. Straight forward/No games I found the car I wanted online and called the Louisville office who referred me to the Carrollton office where the car was on their lot. I went to see the car and drove it home. I don't mind buying a car when everything is above board. David Ruiz handled the paperwork. Years ago I heard a line… You can tell the tone of the man at the top by the person you made when you walk through the door. Everyone I encountered was helpful. I think the man at the top must be a great guy with his priorities in order because Oleg & David were great. I probably should've researched a little further because this car is heavier than the one I traded in and the gas mileage is not quite as good but bottom line I like the car and I don't know if it would've made any difference or not. And although I think this is my last car, if I were to buy another I go back to Sam Pack Ford. More
