Robert Elzey, Best Salesman! David Barragan, Best Fiance! I am the person who spends weeks or even months shopping, researching, planning, and test driving vehicles before I am ready or willing to buy. I am not one to settle, nor am I one to be told what to get. Unfortunately, a car accident totaled my last vehicle long before I was ready or willing to buy another one. ( I had a 2012 VW Passat SE - Gas engine). My 2012 passat only had 174k miles on it (I drive about 35-40k miles a year). I imported my oil from Germany and take very, very good care of my vehicle, in fact, had it not been for the miles on the car, the insurance company would have fixed it! That being said, I needed a vehicle for work, and only had a few days left on my rental car. After spending quite a few hours online, I reached out to a good friend of mine- the person who sold me my 2012 Passat. Though he was no longer in the car business, he jumped and the opportunity to help me. (He knows what I can be like, and had pity on the sales people I might encounter so he offered to buffer for the sanity of all!) My husband, a R. MIT trained Electrical and Mechanical Engineer spent plenty of "down time" assisting me. (like literally, on the ground looking at all aspects of vehicles for their condition). I pretty much knew right away that I needed and wanted another VW Passat. When I first got the 2012, I really wanted to get the TDI because of the miles I drive- and that I plan to keep my vehicles until they die and diesels (if well cared for, which I do) would last longer than my first marriage and be far more enjoyable! However, I couldn't justify the $7k upgraded price for a diesel engine at the time... Now, the TDI's are within a few hundred dollars of their gas counterparts! So, My husband, friend and myself all dove straight into "car shopping, Heidi style"- both online and in person car shopping (mainly more of "car eliminating from lists" than "shopping"). We came across a few TDI's in black- my favorite vehicle color choice of all (oh be still my little heart- every vehicle looks like a sports car in black!). However, we also saw a sweet looking, smiling beauty at Sam Pack Ford (German's make very friendly cars, they all look like they are smiling)... She was white, with black interior and a TDI. So the decision was made to put her on the list for a drive. My husband did his 600 point inspection, I jumped in and poor Robert got stuck along with us for the ride! From the first drive, we knew she was on the top of the list- though we still had a few more TDI's to look at. Robert, being pleasant natured and patient answered all the questions we had and tried so hard to come to a deal we could all agree on. But, we (me) had to see all the possible contenders... However, between Robert's helpfulness and the vehicle being really the one we all knew I needed and wanted, we went back and made a deal! David in Fiance was so nice. He was very patient with me and not in the slightest bit pushy. He understood that I knew what I wanted and didn't need to have anything else insisted upon. He made the financing part easier then I had ever hoped and actually WAY better than I expected. Though it's unlikely I will be needing a new vehicle in the near future, if I ever DID need one, I would be going to see Robert first, and probably last too! More

With all of the dealer incentives, and the rebates - there was a lot of options. They took the time to explain and show us the prices and payments for the different options. In the end, we purchased a new Escape, and chose all the factory rebates over the 0% financing. More

Great Purchase Experience This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Sam Pack's 5 Star Ford. I purchased two from the North Richland Hills dealership and this was my first from the Carrollton dealership. I have not been disappointed yet. The Kurt Stalnaker from the internet team answered my questions right away and we were met at the dealership by Jesse Myers who walked us through the sales process. I did not feel pressured to buy at any point during the negotiations and everything was upfront and straight. After the deal was agreed on, the financing went super smooth with Justin McCarroll. Throughout the whole process Raj Patel made sure my wife and I were doing well and that we were not having any issues. Alexandra Benvenuto walked us through the after market stuff and was pleasant to deal with, again, no pressure. More

We were fortunate enough to meet the sales manager, Reuben Krause, who was willing to cut through all the typical BS that surrounds purchasing a car, and we came to a deal. My wife loves the car and we're good to go. Fast forward to last week, and after unsuccessfully dealing with multiple Chevy dealerships trying to buy a truck, I was reminded of two things: 1/ There are a lot of really shady car dealers out there. 2/ Sam Pack's Ford is not one of them I put my initial desire for a Chevy aside and decided to give the F150 Lariat a try. Reuben put me in touch with a great salesman (goes by the name Flash), and I proceeded to purchase the truck via text message and a couple of emails. The next day I went in to sign the paperwork, and I was off with what, IMHO, is a much nicer truck than the Chevy LTZ I was previously considering. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Reuben & Flash to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. More
