I have several text messages he sent my wife that he later twisted/denied saying. All started with a cold call. We had bought 2 vehicles in 2017 from Sapaugh, a 2017 Impala and 2018 Trax. Salesman Matt attempts a sales call to my wife about our interest in a Trax. She informs him we bought it already over a year ago. The conversation leads to her mentioning my interest in a truck and lead to the worst sales experience that carried on over a course of the last week. We were advised due to our inequity, again we just bought 2 cars in 2017 from you, we couldn't have the truck we wanted albeit they NEVER submitted any paper work to any banks and proceeded to tell us we would have a 5k down payment and instead his manager says we can get you into another truck no down payment and similar monthly payment. Then proceeds to advise he can add these extra features knowing we didn't like the truck unless these add ons were included.The truck ended up being the same price as the original we showed interest in and was told no already to but he persisted this was the truck that would get the deal done. Matt later admitted his manager wanted this truck off the lot and is why it was pushed on us. It took over a week to give us information it normally takes an hour for. When the time is right to get our truck we WILL NOT buy it from Sapaugh. I highly recommend another dealership for any dealership that can give returning customers the run around and be dishonest to is not one worth your hard earned money. More

Everyone looks at the trucks and cars when they want to but somewhere but those come with warranties, the people you have serving you do not!
