This is the first dealership I've worked with that I feel comfortable working with all the employees. They listen to what our needs and wants are and find what we want. We have sent other people there to purchase vehicles and recommend you all the time. We have bought multiple cars there as well. We will be back. We bought a 2024 gmc Denali ultimate from Sapaugh . They did not have the right color of truck we wanted but they found one at a different dealer and had it shipped in within a couple of days . Sold me a car with tires worn down to the wire, clutch was failing, tried to refuse to give me the second key, tried to sell me a car with 4 chips in the windshield, said that interior cosmetic damage doe was failing, tried to refuse to give me the second key, tried to sell me a car with 4 chips in the windshield, said that interior cosmetic damage doesn't reduce the value of the car, and screamed at me on the phone when I brought all of this up.
