I am incredibly pleased with my experience at Sapaugh. . David was informative and straightforward about the entre process from start to finish. Joe was also informative and patient and very knowledgeable when it came to the financing .We finished the purchase during a tornado/ storm at the dealership and everyone was so happy to help despite losing power and internet access. My new car was pulled under the awning out of the rain and waiting and they even arranged for my rental to be picked up from their dealership saving me an extra trip. Top notch sales and finance process but even better customer service! More

My glasses man was awesome. Then I waited 3 hour pause for finance for two hour I was the only one in the building with no customer. Now my loan is messed up.
