I was due for an oil change and there were scheduling issues. I went to Sarant Cadillac’s Service Department and met with MARISSA GIARDINA Service Concierge. Christian then introduced me to Jason, the Service Advisor. Jason had all my information and clearly reviewed the service I requested and explained how the process would move forward. I later met Thomas, the Service Technician. He was congenial and very professional. He gave me helpful feedback on my ATS. Finally, I met with Marissa to review the bill.
