Sales and service need to be in tuned with each other. Car was certified and after spending over $800 on repairs the car was not detailed. It took almost 3 weeks to correct the issue. However, someone from the dealership told the Cadillac Customer Service line, when I was on the phone with Cadillac Customer Service at the same time, that the part had come in and that I missed a service appointment the day before. That was beyond infuriating, as I had no idea the part had come in, and there was absolutely no appointment for any service that had been scheduled with me. Then, while I was on hold with Cadillac Customer Service, my Sarant Sales Advisor called me and said the same thing to me, that the part had come in and that I had missed an appointment the day before.
