Service dept keeps getting worse and worse. Leased a new car 2 weeks ago and the car is pulling left. I bring the car in and they say it's all fine. I check the tire pressure and they added more air to the side it's pulling. I checked the tire pressure before the car was taken in. My previous visit with my other car was for an inspection. It took 2 hours. 30 minutes of that was waiting for my paperwork. Come on Sarant, really! Even though your sales dept is great, one more incident of poor service and I'm done. See ya later. More
