If they were straight forward and not tell you something you want to hear they would be better off. After a month I still have not heard what tje engine warranty would be after it was replaced, kept on putt you want to hear they would be better off. The work was under an extended warranty package, and it took a full week to get a water pump and hoses replaced. Quality work was done, but not really happy it took a week.
