That said, we sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration surrounding the Gold Certification warranty and extended warranty. We completely understand how important those warranty benefits were in your decision, and we’re sorry that the explanation did not feel clear and upfront. That is never the experience we want for our customers. Your feedback is extremely valuable, and we would truly appreciate the opportunity to review your paperwork with you to ensure everything was properly explained and that you have exactly what you expected. Regarding the Prius Prime battery not being fully charged, we apologize for that inconvenience as well. A better delivery experience is important, especially with a hybrid/plug-in vehicle, and we understand your disappointment. As for your questions: Toyota Care (complimentary maintenance) – Your vehicle should come with ToyotaCare, which typically covers factory-scheduled maintenance (such as oil changes and tire rotations) for a set period or mileage, depending on eligibility. We’d be happy to confirm exactly what applies to your vehicle and explain how to schedule those services. Toyota Connected Services – Many Toyota vehicles include trial periods for services like Remote Connect, Safety Connect, and Service Connect. We can absolutely help you determine which trials apply to your Prius Prime and walk you through setup and account registration. We would love the opportunity to personally go over all of this with you and make sure you feel 100% confident and informed moving forward.
