Realignment Took my 4Runner in for its 25000 mile service and service department recommended I get my 4Runner realigned. A week and a half later I Called the service department again and they kindly asked me to bring it back and they realigned it at no charge and it’s perfect now. I was pleased. More

Questionable service, poor customer service As soon as the free service ran out, seemingly unnecessary "routine" service suggestions keep getting brought up for 2.5 yr old car. The commercial fo As soon as the free service ran out, seemingly unnecessary "routine" service suggestions keep getting brought up for 2.5 yr old car. The commercial for the RAV shows it climbing rock & going off road so I chose it for my 5 miles of graded dirt road. Now I'm being told I need new brakes & roters & other expensive options for synthetic parts that should last a long time. Also the complimentary car wash has been dropped as a cost saver. Really? This was a nice customer service action. How much could this possibly save compared to customer satisfaction? I live rural & was counting on that rinse off to my car. I was very disappointed. Since this gesture has been eliminated & I've lost my trust in service, I will look elsewhere for my vehicle service needs from now on. More
