I come in for a routine oil change and always get treated like I’m the most important customer of the day! The service reps are efficient and very nice. They get me in and out and explain everything to me a like I’m the most important customer of the day! The service reps are efficient and very nice. They get me in and out and explain everything to me about the process. They escort me to the window to pay and then to my car. The clerk at the window is also very pleasant. They even throw in a car wash at the end. I live 250 miles away but always wait to come here for my service when I’m visiting my Mom. Well done! More

Humberto seems unable to grasp that the Tacoma truck is my wife’s truck and he needs to direct his questions and concerns to her. If he is unable to curb his condescending attitude towards female drivers my wife’s truck and he needs to direct his questions and concerns to her. If he is unable to curb his condescending attitude towards female drivers & owners he might need to find another line of work. This is the second time that he has been dismissive of her questions, concerns, and even her presence. Regrettably, there will not be a third chance, because she does not intend to return to Sierra Toyota with her truck for any additional maintenance or repairs. More

After ordering a brand new vehicle, I was given $2000 less than I was quoted on my trade-in after the new vehicle finally arrived. I should not have been penalized on my trade-in value due to the delay f less than I was quoted on my trade-in after the new vehicle finally arrived. I’ve always believed that the front end of the dealers has always taken great care of all my vehicles. Umberto’s customer service is second to none!
