You have lost my trust. I had a leaky tire that your Service team tried to have me replace for $400+ when a patch/plug was all that was needed. I do not have confidence that the people in place, now, have the knowledge and understanding it takes. Every other survey I completed for First Team, I praised Harold Woody. I never had an issue when he was there. I never questioned anything. Now that he is gone, my next car will come from somewhere other than Southern Team. Also, the AI assistant for booking appointments is tedious and tiresome and takes entirely too long. So disappointed in this new company. More
