Southern Team Nissan doesn’t care about their customers satisfaction and more importantly their safety. Specifically Greg Shortridge. They have replaced 5 front struts since December and are now replacing satisfaction and more importantly their safety. Specifically Greg Shortridge. They have replaced 5 front struts since December and are now replacing the 6th. I went into the dealership and explained my concerns for reliability and safety at this point. I wanted to trade for a brand new 2026 Frontier for $43k. Mr. Shortridge twisted my words, basically told me that he didn’t care, he was only going to offer me blue book value and wanted me to absorb $10k in negative equity. Once I got my warranty refunded, it was only going to be about $6-7k but he twisted my words around and then told me to see myself out instead of coming to a professional calm resolution. He stormed out of the office and left me sitting. Southern Team cares more about $6-7k than they do customer satisfaction or safety. I have never been treated so unprofessionally and seen a “general manager” throw a tantrum and storm out like a child. Nissan should be ashamed and embarrassed. They should have been reaching out to me to solve this, but instead threw me out of the dealership instead. More

The service department is the worst I've ever encountered. I literally had to argue that I had a recall multiple times just to get scheduled way over a month out. For an airbag issue, this is encountered. I literally had to argue that I had a recall multiple times just to get scheduled way over a month out. For an airbag issue, this is absolutely unacceptable! I hate this dealership and hate their whole process. I'm considering another VW purchase but I'll never give this s hole dealership a penny. More
