Very poor service and pricy. Replacing a 2014 T&C rear side door which should take approx. 1/2 hr ( you can see the video on the internet). They charged $405 for 2.5 hr. This dealership helped me out on a Saturday morning while visiting my daughter in Lubbock. They had the new key Programmes and the vehicle up and running within 15 minutes of my arrival!
