We are very happy with the CX-30 we purchased from Sport Mazda (and the price we paid). However, we were disappointed with a couple of things when we picked up the vehicle: 1) the vehicle smelled like cigar Mazda (and the price we paid). However, we were disappointed with a couple of things when we picked up the vehicle: 1) the vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke. 2) the detail job on the "new" car wasn't great - lots of dirt smudges and fingerprints in the car. Again - we're happy with the car. These are minor issues, but they are things you shouldn't have to deal with when you purchase a new car. More

I bought a 2018 Mazda CX 5 touring. Alan was very helpful and transparent about the car check engine light. The car was inspected and found out that a parts needed to be replaced. That second day supposedly the car was ready but due to parts not available it took another day. Alan, made it right gave me a vehicle loaner just for a day.
