I came in for a 30k service (inspection, oil change and new wiper blades), new battery, and to check the thermostat for my 2019 Corvette Grand Sport. I noticed on the way home to Land O Lakes that the serv new wiper blades), new battery, and to check the thermostat for my 2019 Corvette Grand Sport. I noticed on the way home to Land O Lakes that the service tech did not reset the oil life so I reset it myself. When I got home, I looked at the invoice and noticed I hadn't been charged for new wiper blades. The next morning I checked the oil and found that it had not been changed, though I had been charged for the oil change. I drove back to Stingray that morning (Saturday, April 1st) and talked to Richard Shearin, telling him the oil hadn't been changed and new wiper blades had not been charged for or installed on the car. Richard took the car in immediately for the oil change and did not charge me for the new wiper blades. I'm obviously very disappointed in my service experience. I don't understand how your service center can release a vehicle to a customer without performing the requested service and still bill the customer for it. While I appreciate the "free" wiper blades, their costs does not cover fuel and my time for having to return to Stingray to have the service I paid for completed. More
