i have bought 4 vehicles from Stringray and i go back because of the awesome service and treatment i get there. the only problem i have had is the tag agency they use are VERY SLOW my temp tag about run because of the awesome service and treatment i get there. the only problem i have had is the tag agency they use are VERY SLOW my temp tag about run out before i call to get my new tag. I went in for a multiple item service. . Drivers side wiper blade was such a cheaply made item that was not cheap to purchase literally broke after my first car wash. I carwash use 4-5 ti . I was told my software update was done but I continue to get the same notice " software is unable to update". I left a message with Rick.. As of now 2 weeks later, no one has called me back. I am a loyal customer, going on 4 years. I am extremely disappointed with this service More
