For my Cruze service. Joe is amazing. He will be my only service rep. I was disappointed in my Cruze though. It had 86k miles on it. When I brought it in I was told it blew a head gasket. I had bring the car in for months about the same issue but it was never solved. So after it blew I had to buy a new car. I only received $250 trade in, even though I had just purchased over $450 worth of new tires a month before. I knew the blue book and I knew the cost of the repairs. The $250 would have been accurate give or take a few. But I should have received more for the tires alone. I have been a loyal StingRay customer for years. I felt a bit slighted on this portion of my experience. More
