Very pleasurable working with Jerry --very quiet atmosphere not pressured to purchase Jerry very knowledgeable in all aspects of both the Forrester and the Outback which I choose . This was the firs atmosphere not pressured to purchase Jerry very knowledgeable in all aspects of both the Forrester and the Outback which I choose . This was the first time ever that the Salesman went through the Owners Manual then showed me hands on inside the car how to use all of the features . Jerry was very easy going and so were the Salemanagers refreshing not to have them breathing down my neck to purchase a vehicle. Subaru of Jacksonville worked with me to get the model and trim of the car that was difficult to find in the area. I flew to Jacksonville and the dealer picked me up from the airport!
