Just bought a 2024 Subaru Cross Trek for the wife 06. 08/2023. I was working with a SALEMAN named Mathew Mowatt . The Subaru corporation as well as Subaru of Jacksonville should be happy that Mathew Mowat 08/2023. I was working with a SALEMAN named Mathew Mowatt . The Subaru corporation as well as Subaru of Jacksonville should be happy that Mathew Mowatt is their employee. Mathew is very knowledgeable of the Subaru brand , the business profile and or course the products, He was able to help us get the car we wanted and the deal that what i think acceptable to me and the Subaru Corporation. Your Company needs more employees like this guy. Give Mathew Mowatt a rase and ty to keep him as an employee you will sell allot of cars with him. I actually was put at ease buying a car with him. He also made sure the wife had her phone and car in sync on the Subaru App and the inside of the car for driving preferences. I have never seen that ever and above all Mathew came in on his day off to help us. You see what I mean. More

My wife and I had a great experience at this dealership! Everyone we came across was nice and welcoming! Never felt pressured or rushed. We ended up with a Crosstrek and are very happy! Our finance guy was Eric and he was upfront, honest, and as real as the day is long! Thank you everyone! More

Every person I dealt with at Subaru of Jacksonville ("SOJAX") was customer-focused, friendly, competent, helpful and professional. Kylief "KP" Peebles was my main contact throughout the process, all of which happened either online or telephonically until KP and a Subaru colleague delivered my new Outback to my home some 25 miles away after closing time on a late Saturday afternoon. That's just one example of strong focus on customer service that I encountered at SOJAX and especially with Kylief. Indeed this was the smoothest, most honest, most professional & pleasant car buying experience I've had in almost 60 years involving numerous cars. And I feel like I got a very good deal too, which is very important! I heartily recommend that anyone considering buying a new car contact Kylief Peebles or KP at Subaru of Jacksonville.
