Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Subaru Outback White Premium with Package 13 and the Jacksonville dealership had our new car. We spoke by phone with Kimberly Schneid, she confirmed the car was available, so with her help we placed a deposit and drove from Largo Fl. to Jacksonville, Fl (232 miles) to purchase the car we really wanted. Kim is the type of salesperson that genuinely cares about her customers. She clearly articulated the features in the car, and the process we would follow to purchase this Subaru. Speaking to her on the phone and in person confirmed my first impression that this car buying process would proceed smoothly.
