Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. We recently purchased our first Subaru. From the first time I perused Subaru of Jacksonville's website to our first meeting with our amazing salesman Jerry Johnson the experience has been o From the first time I perused Subaru of Jacksonville's website to our first meeting with our amazing salesman Jerry Johnson the experience has been outstanding. We had never driven a Subaru and Jerry shared his knowledge of the models Subaru offers and we ultimately chose to build our own Outback. The process was no pressure, but lots of information that helped us to build the perfect car for us. When our Subaru came in we were both ill and unable to drive to the dealership to pick it up. Jerry assured us this would not be a problem and delivered our Outback the next day! Who provides this kind of service at a dealership these days?? Our amazing salesman Jerry Johnson! A.J. Miller had all the paperwork in order and answered all of our questions about our trade in and financing. He was very thorough and took the time to explain all of our options. The whole process was the easiest we have ever experienced in our many years of purchasing vehicles. I have told all of my friends about our experience.
