We made our second Subaru purchase today and the entire experience was how I wish my first purchase went! From start to finish, the entire process was efficient and customer service was awesome! John was really patient with me (I was very particular with what I wanted and changed my mind a couple times; John really did work to make sure we got what I wanted, which was really appreciated). In the end, I got everything I wanted and then some. I never felt pressured to buy something I didn’t want or need and he treated me with respect. We traded in a 2019 Crosstrek for a 2022 model and got a great deal! We paid the difference in cash and Ovidio helped us with the financial aspects to close the deal. Again, excellent experience. We truly have no complaints whatsoever, so if you are looking for a hassle free car buying experience, go see John Voight at Subaru of Jax, you won’t be disappointed. Oh, I should also mention their service departmwnt is top notch. Mike and Joe in service are great guys. Everyone we have interacted with has treated us like family and they earned a customer for life in us. Thanks!!! More

Took delivery of my new 2022 Subaru Outback yesterday. I love it. Nando DiPasquale was a delight to work with from the time of ordering my car to its delivery. Upon its delivery, Nanco went over the ca I love it. Nando DiPasquale was a delight to work with from the time of ordering my car to its delivery.
