Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Mike Needham is a hero to me! I had my son’s air compressor replaced two years ago at Subaru of Orange Park. It needed to be replaced again. He called Subaru Advocacy for me, and I had my son’s air compressor replaced two years ago at Subaru of Orange Park. It needed to be replaced again. He called Subaru Advocacy for me, and guided me through getting everything done at a reduced price. I am a single mom, with a lot of overhead, and I really could not offered this expense right now. He treated like family! I’ve never been treated that well by a customer service industry! I loved Subaru before, but now I will be a life long customer, and will always ask for Mike when I need anything serviced on either of my Subarus. He is a trustworthy, kind, efficient person, and I appreciate him so much! It feels so good to know you are always in good hands at Subaru! More

Absolutely thrilled with how I was treated by Mike Needham and the service department. My daughter’s car had a serious transmission problem that showed up unexpectedly.
