This is the second Subaru we bought this year. We were so impressed with the first one we decided to get another. The salesman, Ray, was very knowledgeable. We felt comfortable working with him. Mike Needham communicated regularly giving us updates b our servicing issues AND had our car expertly detailed as we requested . Even though our car took longer to service to due a faulty factory part of t our servicing issues AND had our car expertly detailed as we requested . Even though our car took longer to service to due a faulty factory part of the radio which works not slow the 5G update, everything turned out well. That's why we continue to service our car at this location. Mike was GREAT! More

This Subaru dealership was Amazing! From my first step in door to driving my new brand new Crosstrek off the lot there was no pressure whatsoever. I didn't get the feeling of them only wanting to line their pockets with my purchase. It was about what I wanted in a vehicle and not what they could up sell me on. We recently bought a 2018 Legacy through Juan Hernandez. It came with a 12 month subscription to Starlink. Yesterday I received an email from Starlink stating that our subscription was being canceled becaus It came with a 12 month subscription to Starlink. Yesterday I received an email from Starlink stating that our subscription was being canceled because we didn't upgrade from 3G. I contacted Juan, who was off for the day. He told me he'd look into it the next day. I heard from him today and he directed me to set up an appointment with service. I spoke to Danny in service and have an appointment next week and will have a complimentary loaner car! Such amazing service! Can't say enough good things about this dealership. More

Jerry was SUPER EASY to work with and really listen to what features I wanted in a Subaru. With the car shortage, he was able to find an Outback and then a Forester coming in with the features I wanted an what features I wanted in a Subaru. With the car shortage, he was able to find an Outback and then a Forester coming in with the features I wanted and have it mark as mine (so I did not have to order direct and wait months to get a SUV). Loving the new Wilderness Forester! One time when I came in (because I decided to change from Outback to Forester) Jerome helped me while I waited for Jerry who was with another customer. He was also very helpful and not overly pushy. More
