Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. This is the third time myself or a family member have purchased a vehicle from Subaru of Jacksonville, and it has been an amazing experience every time! The dealership has a large selection of new and hi purchased a vehicle from Subaru of Jacksonville, and it has been an amazing experience every time! The dealership has a large selection of new and high quality pre-owned vehicles to choose from. John Pitts has assisted us with all three of our purchases, and we love coming to see him, as he is a wealth of knowledge and always offers exceptional customer service. Bruce was quick to jump in and assist when John was not available, and Juan helped out too. Financing has always been a breeze. They are upfront and will work with you to provide realistic options for your budget. Ovidio did a great job making sure we understood everything about our contract. All in, it only took about two hours from the time we walked through the door to the time we drove off the lot with our certified, pre owned Grand Cherokee. Purchasing a car has been very stressful in the past, but the wonderful staff at Subaru of Jacksonville has changed that for us. Definitely the best dealership in Jacksonville! Thank you! More

This was our first purchase of a new car, and I must say that our experience could not have been any better! Mark and Ovideo made us feel so very comfortable through the whole process. These human beings were so wonderful and knowledgeable and made the purchase of a new car smooth and answered any questions we had. They looked us in the eye, treated us with respect, and were in no hurry…which has not necessarily been our experience while looking for our new car. I can see why Subaru of Jacksonville is rated so highly. Mark has such passion behind his words and really knows the ins and outs of what he is selling. Mark Ogden sold me my 2019 Subaru Forester today and he went above and beyond with everything. He even drove me to the bank to get a cashier's check when Vystar froze my card. 🙄 Wonderful salesman, very p went above and beyond with everything. Mark also made sure that the service unit popped out a few dings on the exterior that we hadn't yet noticed, and he simply made sure I was 100% satisfied!
