The Very Best In Jacksonville ! I went to other dealerships and found these folks to really genuinely want to work with me. The vehicle was promptly serviced by Dan and Gabe,washed and delivered back to me within 30 minutes! The staff took the time to thoroughly explain all details of the service as well as when to bring the vehicle back for it"s next 12,000 mile checkup. My new car salesman Jerry Johnson noticed me in the waiting room , greeted me and asked if there was anything I needed and if I was happy with my original purchase! Great service, as always! I had routine service performed - oil change and tire rotation. I used the express service with no appointment required and was in and out in about t I had routine service performed - oil change and tire rotation. I used the express service with no appointment required and was in and out in about twenty minutes with their multi-point inspection accomplished and car washed with a bottle of cold water sitting in my cup holder when I left! This great service is one of the reasons that I am driving my second Subaru and finally convinced my wife to buy her first one last year. Thank you Subaru of Jacksonville!! More

Good Experience We drove several hours to purchase a vehicle. It was our first purchase so we had more paperwork to deal with. Mark was very patient with us even thou We drove several hours to purchase a vehicle. It was our first purchase so we had more paperwork to deal with. Mark was very patient with us even though the paperwork took quite some time to sort out. We test drove a similar vehicle at another dealership; but, Mark was definitely more informative. Even though it was late in the day after the purchase, he still made himself available to answer questions for quite some time. AJ certainly got us through the purchasing process quickly; however, as first time car buyers his description of a service contract through a third party as an extended warranty was misleading. Perhaps we should have done more research. Regardless, he was responsive when we opted to cancel the service contract. More
