Dan and Gabe performed the service plus rotated the tires, did a multipoint inspection and replaced the cabin filter. This prepared my 2017 Legacy for an upcoming 1200 road trip. All this done in under the hour predicted. Subaru of Jacksonville hires great people and trains them well. The staff is friendly, polite and professional. I talked with Juan hernandez on the phone and we made a great connection. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable about the sti I was intrested in. I took a chance and drove the 2 and a half hours to sojax. I met Juan when I walked in and we made a deal I was very happy with. I am now the proud owner of my 4th Subaru all bought from Juan hernandez and sojax. I will not go to any other dealerships for a Subaru. Out of town service There is nothing worse than having automobile problems when you’re out of town. Came out the middle of my workday to find my tire flat on my 2019 Sub There is nothing worse than having automobile problems when you’re out of town. Came out the middle of my workday to find my tire flat on my 2019 Subaru outback. 400 miles from home. AAA told me the tire was destroyed and after starting with tire stores I finally did what I should’ve done in the first place. I called Subaru!!! Gabe took great care of me. They rotated my tires changed my oil and fixed my tire. The total time I was in that dealership was only 48 minutes ! Thank you so much to Subaru in Jacksonville Florida for making this customer feel like he was right at home. If I could’ve given these folks 10 stars I would’ve done it !!! More
