Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. The third dealership was the charm! Due to circumstances I dealt with three different sales people and their manager. There was nothing except a focus on my getting the best service. Best Ever I bought my first Subaru from SOJax in February 2015. I've visited the service department multiple times since then for routine service. I've never experienced such good customer service anywhere! The sales process was smooth and efficient, but the service which lasts much longer than the shopping phase is exceptional. Honestly, I'd like to have a larger SUV which Subaru does not offer but I don't want to trade because I like this dealership so very much. Steven Wall and Daniel Kane, Jr. are two of the people who make SOJax the success it is. The kind of service that I could only hope for.. When my headlights suddenly failed on a Friday morning, I called Suburu of Jacksonville hoping that they could fit me in and fix the problem quickly a When my headlights suddenly failed on a Friday morning, I called Suburu of Jacksonville hoping that they could fit me in and fix the problem quickly as the use of my car during the early morning and late at night 7 days a week is absolutely necessary. Despite a full schedule and the weekend looming, Josh Sereda and crew got my Outback fixed up before 12pm and even had the time to get an oil change and tire rotation in as well.
