I am not familiar with current auto technology but Steven Barba was so clear and direct in demonstrating the operations of the Forester, and even anticipated my questions without being pushy so that I felt comfortable taking the car out for a drive and seeing what a great and safe car it is!! I had one brother with me when I decided on the Forester, and a second brother with me who spent years working for Ford Motor in Michigan when I picked up the car. Both brothers with their numerous questions too, agreed that Steven was exceptionally knowledgeable for a salesman!!l Plus the car is a dream to drive !!! More

John Pitts, Salesman I came to SOJAX to find a Forester that I liked. Coming from the Savannah, GA area, I had been informed that if looking for a Subaru, I would be bett I came to SOJAX to find a Forester that I liked. Coming from the Savannah, GA area, I had been informed that if looking for a Subaru, I would be better off going to Jacksonville rather than the local dealership I drove over an hour and a half, walked around the lot, saw the vehicle I wanted, walked in, saw John and shocked him. It will probably be the easiest sale he will make all year. Told him the vehicle I wanted to buy and he took it from there. But it turned out that he was very friendly and easy to get along with. Told him I had found the car I wanted and after that everything was a breeze. He was very efficient at getting things done. In no time, the forms were all done, paperwork signed and I was done. He went over all the manuals, and made sure I understood everything he was talking about before going to the next manual. After I purchased the car, we went to the he car and he explained all the buttons and knobs and answered every question. . Paired the car with my phone and my garage door opener. He also helped me purchase window shields and even installed them for me which he didn't have to. Very helpful and really, really knowledgeable about his vehicles. John M More

In 50 years of buying cars, this was the absolute best. My wife and I came in to just look at Subarus on a Saturday evening before closing so we wouldn't have to deal with the pressure of a salesman. Mark appeared and was helpful yet surprisingly respectful of our desire to just look around. He showed us a few Outbacks that my wife and I had asked about.(my wife is a teacher). We agreed on a test drive on the following day. Sunday, after church, Mark took us for a test drive. We explained that we were "hitting the road" when school let out in June (my wife is a teacher and that was the purpose of considering trading in my gas guzzling Tundra pickup for the Outback. Our plan was to take our time and look for a month. There was absolutely no pressure and I initiated the request for an appraisal of my truck. It was higher than I anticipated so we began to negotiate the price and terms. There were no bickering, games, or any of the tactics that I had been used to by your Toyota competitor across the street. I have bought 7 or 8 cars from them and at that time still had 4 of them. I am a loyal consumer and have had my own law practice for 34 years. I am a tough negotiator. But Mark and AJ, the finance associate gave me no reason or desire to "unleash" my skills as they were both at all times a respectful and sincere ambassadors of Subaru of Jacksonville. The deal we agreed upon was fair and reasonable, but also quick and painless. I am a loyal consumer and assure you if my family needs another vehicle, we will be back at Subaru of Jacksonville looking for Mark and AJ. Richard Allen More
