Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Expert team ! From the start my wife and I knew we wanted to buy a Subaru outback after researching the quality, reliability, and safety for the overall price. Jerry Johnson had been in contact with us via e-mail and was kindly and diligently keeping us informed about the certified pre-owned outbacks around our price range, eager to work with us. We came in the other day to look at one and John Pitts showed us several options and was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and was answering all of our inquiries and providing excellent service to us as we sought to make a decision. We were given a military discount which we highly appreciated and we were able to make a deal for the outback we wanted! Johns enthusiastic character helped build our trust giving a very good perception of the company overall and their dedication to their customers. After, we were directed to AJ Miller who did a tremendous job explaining all the paperwork and walking us through it very thoroughly and efficiently. From the company, to the management and employees, down to the quality of the vehicle, SUBARU is by far the best car buying experience we've ever had, and JAX is an amazing location!
