As for the lower Service Department rating this goes back to my 2016 Outback, I was having low tire pressure on one tire after the third time taking it in and insisting (with pictures of my low pressure tire) the tire be removed and checked the problem was resolved but not before the warranty ran out. If the technician would have explored the problem even after the second return the warranty would have covered my $100.00+ expense. But to their credit all other services have been great. More

My Forester was due for it's 12K service. I was greeted outside by Gabriel who got my info quickly and gave me an estimated time of an hour for the service. I was there for a recall repair. My Forester is not from here. I am handicapped pretty bad. I can hardly walk. Your service advisors Mike Needham and Kevin McCarthy went out of their way to get the repairs here. I am handicapped pretty bad. I can hardly walk. Your service advisors Mike Needham and Kevin McCarthy went out of their way to get the repairs done quickly and see that I was comfortable. An inspection was done and a alternator belt was found in very bad condition. The next week I would be driving thru Ga on two 7 hour runs. This belt was replaced the next Tues prior to my departure Wed. Kevin even gave me a veteran discount. He probably was attentive and heard me talking to another veteran that was in the service dept. at that time. I certainly appreciate the work ethics of these two men. Thanks Phil Thomason More
