I have had my car serviced at this location since it was purchased new. The last visit to the dealership was quite concerning as the results of the inspection was in conflict with the previous visit. I have more tread on my tires and on my brake shoes than I had six months ago! At this rate, I will have new tires in the next 12 months...don't think that is going to happern. I attempted to contact the service manager several times and the general manager the last time. Their message on their phone says they will contact me at their earliest convenience. It has now been a month since I had that service and call shortly after. Perhaps there is a family emergency on both of their parts but I would have expected a phone call for the one who is covering for them. Quite disappointed for a quality vehicle service center. More
