We now have 3 Subarus we bought at Kennesaw. Today two of us were in for general service and it was wonderful as usual. The service department, Lucas, Chris and Amy were great. The got us in and out quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Once the service was done they checked us out quickly and made sure everything was explained and that all our questions were answered. I love doing business in Kennesaw. More

My car buying experience with Ralph Kurland and Bill Scarbrough was exceptional. To the extent that I've purchased 2 brand new Outbacks from them since 2019. The service department on the other hand is a mess and is a nightmare to deal with. I will unfortunately have to write a negative review on the SERVICE department. My experiences so far since 2019 have been unacceptable. I will not take my vehicles here for service and I recommend you do not use this department either. Multiple times, I've had to bring my car back on several separate occasions for an issue that I identified, and was told it would be fixed and was not. I am disappointed with the customer service of the service department. Overall, I recommend this dealership for purchasing a new or used vehicle. Just don't bring it back for service. More
