I am writing this review because of the poor level of service I am receiving from Subaru of Kennesaw. I originally tried to buy a vehicle here in Feb 2020. The service and knowledge was so bad i drove 30 miles to Decatur to purchase my Ascent. in January of 2021 I wrecked my car, I had it repaired and once complete called to make a service appointment. I was routed to a voicemail, I left a message, and I never received a call back. subsequent calls have delivered the same result. the most recent call was Friday 5/6/2021. i am trying to schedule maintenance and arrange to have a hitch and some other accessories installed. It is 05/11/2021 and I am still waiting for a call. When i spend over $40K on a vehicle, and want to have it serviced, i expect a call back. it is not too much to offer. i would not recommend this dealership to anyone i know. i have made at least 5 calls and never received a call. I love the car, but would be reluctant to buy a car from this dealership or have service performed because if they cut corners on customer service for this, they will likely not be good when I really need them. Return your calls! More
We bought a new 2021 Forester Sport 4/14/21. Paid full price (less body side moldings $329) and got offer for $500 for our 2004 Camry w 170K. We attended the Atlanta Car show earlier same day and got $500 price (less body side moldings $329) and got offer for $500 for our 2004 Camry w 170K. We attended the Atlanta Car show earlier same day and got $500 coupon bar code but dealer could not read it and not give it. After some give and take the salesman Ralph gave us $1000 for the Camry and we paid upfront for a 3 year lease with option AT ANYTIME to convert to purchase, which we plan to do. My wife wanted to be owner so all paperwork is in her name. We found some errors in the paperwork; $1000 for the trade was not reflected and the promised $500 coupon was also missing. Came back on 4/19/21 to have corrected - and now it begins. Was told by Ralph and Finance guy Mike that all was correct and that $500 coupon was coming from Subaru. We asked where in the paperwork it showed this. After some heated discussion Louis the GM cut us a check (#133296) for $1000 and said; "he would have found it anyway". He and the finance guy Mike both seemed condecending and dismissive. On 5/10/21 we came in for our learn all about your Subaru class given wonderfully by Atiq Choudhry. While there I checked with Ralph on our $500 coupon status. Earlier that day Subaru said that the coupon would come for the dealer. When I spoke to Ralph he was upset that he had been dinged by the bad review my wife gave on our experience with this dealership. She noted that while I was away getting the title they rushed her through the purchase. When I returned with the title Ralph asked if "everything was still on" - strange I thought later. Well I should have known - did a Carmax buy your car and did a honest eval and was given $2400 good for 5 days - MY BAD. Ralph said that Louis was out and would get to us today (5/11) and he did calling my wife at 8:30 am ranting that they had been maligned and that the check was in the mail. My wife asked for an apology and was told I quote that he would never apologize and then.....hung up. On 5/10 Atiq while giving the class said that he would speak to Louis - because at the monthly meeting our purchase was discussed. We got our $500 check from this dealer the next day. Bottom line - all of this could have been avoided by good customer service and above all honesty. Anywhere along the line this dealer could have tried just a little harder to gain our trust offer an apology and prevent this disaster. This reflects so badly on Subaru when the blame should be on this dealer. We truly love our Forester but would never recommend buying form this dealer. We will also not use this dealer for service (also due to bad reviews) and can only hope that the other location for service in Roswell - also owned by the same dealer is better. If not there is another dealer on the other side of town about 45 minutes....I can only hope. More

Art was condescending to me on the test drive. He lectured me about price and I didn’t really get to focus on how I liked the car. Ralph Kurland was wonderful. I had researched not only cars but salesmen as well before my purchase. No pressure sale. Straight and to the point.
